Do different plans unlock different Ryger features?

No. Every paid plan includes the full Ryger product — matching, reasoning, outreach, candidate pool, and your recruiting page. Plans differ only by monthly role capacity and seat count. There are no feature gates.

Will future features cost extra?

No. Every feature we build is included in your plan — today and in the future. When we ship new capabilities, your locked rate includes them. We don't create new paid tiers or feature-gated add-ons for existing subscribers.

Do candidate pools have a limit?

No. Your candidate pool is unlimited on every plan. The network is the asset — we'd never charge you for building it.

A recruiting page is your branded intake page — share it anywhere candidates find you (LinkedIn, email, your site), and every resume submitted becomes part of your candidate network automatically. It's available on every plan.

What counts as a role?

A role is a requisition you create in Ryger and match against your candidate pool. Each role you create counts toward your monthly role capacity, whether it's for a live client search or sourcing-focused work. Your monthly allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle.

How does agency pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Agency plans are priced per recruiter seat, starting at 2 seats. Per-seat pricing decreases as your team grows — different rates apply at 2-9 seats and 10-20 seats. For teams with 21+ seats, contact us for enterprise pricing. Both Agency and Agency Unlimited include the same agency features (shared pool, private/agency isolation, admin controls, recruiting page); they differ only by role capacity. Sourcer seats can be added to either plan at a flat rate.

What does fair use mean?

Unlimited plans are designed for real high-volume recruiting work — there's no cap in normal use. If we see unusual patterns (such as automated scripting or volumes far beyond typical team use), we may reach out to understand the workflow. Normal recruiting work, even at high volume, is exactly what these plans are for.

How does Founder pricing work?

Founder pricing is a discounted rate available during Ryger's first 90 days. When you sign up during the Founder window, your rate is locked for life — as long as your subscription remains active, you keep your Founder rate even when we raise list prices for new customers. After the Founder window closes, new signups pay list pricing.
